From Zelda Wiki, the Zelda encyclopedia

In 2007, Enterplay LLC released a set of trading cards based off of Twilight Princess in order to promote the game release on the Nintendo Gamecube and Wii systems.

The "Link" trading card

The cards came in two varieties of packs; one graphic sported the image of Wolf Link and Midna, and the other with that of Link. Each pack contained two character cards, an enemy or boss card, an equipment card, which would be a weapon or item, and silver foil card. Each pack also came with a tattoo sheet and a sweepstakes card. A winning sweepstakes care could be given to Nintendo in return for a Wii system. There was also a one in 24 chance that the silver foil card would be replaced by a rare gold foil card,[1] of which there were nine in total. Overall, there were 86 cards released.[2]

Enterplay's official description of the Twilight Princess trading card series was as follows:

This colorful 86-card set will take you on a journey with Link, a farm boy in the land of Hyrule, who is catapulted into an epic adventure to save Hyrule from being enveloped by a looming darkness - the Twilight.
Meet his friends, enemies, the evil bosses he confronts on his mission, and learn useful game tips along the way. Look for key characters, weapons, special game tips, fun content, and more.[3]
