Hyrule Compendium Entry
Brightbloom Seeds are Materials. They can be found in Caves and Wells throughout Hyrule, and they are also dropped by Little Froxes upon their defeat. When thrown, struck by a Weapon, Enemy, or Object, or shot by or Fused to a fired Arrow, they bloom into Brightblooms and light up the surrounding area.[3][4] This makes them useful for navigating through Dark Caves and the Depths.
They can be used in a Cooking Pot to make the following Meals:
