Pinwheels are recurring Items and Objects in The Legend of Zelda series.(TWW)[1][name references needed] Pinwheels go unnamed in The Minish Cap.

Location and Uses

The Wind Waker

Pinwheels are Decorations used in the Island Trading Sequence.

The Minish Cap

Five Pinwheels appear at the entrance to the Cloud Tops in The Minish Cap. They do not spin until Link is able to Fuse five gold Kinstone Pieces with the five Mysterious Clouds scattered throughout the Cloud Tops. When all five Pinwheels are spinning, a Tornado leading to the Home of the Wind Tribe appears in the midst of them.

Dozens of multicolored Pinwheels also surround the exterior of the Home of the Wind Tribe.

Breath of the Wild

Pinwheels in Breath of the Wild are used in Archery puzzles used to reveal Koroks.[2] When Link approaches a Pinwheel, a group of 1 to 3 Balloons or Acorns will appear for Link to shoot.[how many?] If Link strikes them all, a Korok will appear and give him a Korok Seed.
