Koltin is a character in Tears of the Kingdom.[2]
Biography
Koltin is the brother of Kilton and trades various Armor and Monster Parts to Link in exchange for Bubbul Gems, believing that consuming them will allow him to become "a Satori".
Koltin can initially be found at Pico Pond Cave with Kilton, looking for a Bubbulfrog to obtain a Bubbul Gem from.
