Icy Meats are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Icy Meats are a type of Frozen Food, being the result of Raw Meat that has been frozen by a Freezing Climate or Cold Water.[3] They can also be found in Wooden Boxes in the Hebra Mountains. Eating one will restore one Heart to Link's Life Gauge and grant one temporary level of Heat Resistance.[1]

Tears of the Kingdom

Icy Meats return as a variety of Frozen Food. Link can make them by exposing Raw Meats to either a Freezing Climate or Cold Water. When eaten, one Heart will be restored to Link's Life Gauge, and he will receive one temporary level of Heat Resistance.[2]
