Breath of the Wild
Frozen Hearty Basses are a type of Frozen Food, and they are made by chilling Hearty Bass in a Freezing Climate or Cold Water.[3] Eating one is difficult, but it will restore two Hearts to Link's Life Gauge and grant one minute of Heat Resistance.[1]
Tears of the Kingdom
Frozen Hearty Basses reappear in Tears of the Kingdom and are again a variety of Frozen Food. They can be made by exposing Hearty Bass to a Freezing Climate or Cold Water. Eating one is difficult, but it will restore two Hearts to Link's Life Gauge and grant one minute of Heat Resistance.[2]
