Crab Omelets with Rice are recurring Meals in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Crab Omelets with Rice are made by combining Hylian Rice, a Bird Egg, Rock Salt, and any Crab in a Cooking Pot. Regular Crab Omelets with Rice can only be made by using two different types of Crabs in the recipe or by using an ingredient with a differing effect. These types of omelets restore eight of Link's Hearts}. Alternatively, they can be sold for 70 Rupees. The fluffy Crab legs are known to pair perfectly with the rice.[1]

Three different variations of Crab Omelets with Rice exist, correlating with all three different types of Crabs:

  • Energizing Crab Omelet with Rice:[3] Made using a Bright-Eyed Crab. Consuming one will partially refill Link's Stamina Wheel.[3] They restore six of his Hearts and sell for 50 Rupees.
  • Mighty Crab Omelet with Rice:[4] Made using a Razorclaw Crab. When eaten, they will temporarily boost Link's attack power.[4] They also restore nine of his Hearts and sell for 40 Rupees.
  • Tough Crab Omelet with Rice:[5] Made using an Ironshell Crab. If they are consumed, they increase Link's Defense for a short period of time.[5] They heal Link for seven Hearts and sell for 60 Rupees.
