Curry Pilafs are recurring Meals in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Curry Pilaf is made by Cooking Hylian Rice, a Bird Egg, Goat Butter, and Goron Spice in a Cooking Pot. They restore four Hearts to Link's Life Gauge when eaten, but they can also be sold for 40 Rupees. The Goron Spice used to make these pilafs gives them a rich, spicy aroma.[1]

By adding a fifth ingredient, several different variations of Curry Pilaf can be made:

  • Hearty Curry Pilaf:[3] Made by adding hearty ingredients. Eating this will completely restore all of Link's Hearts and temporarily increase his maximum Hearts.[3] They are also worth 60 Rupees when sold.
  • Energizing Curry Pilaf:[4] Made by adding energizing ingredients. When eaten, these pilafs will replenish a portion of Link's Stamina Wheel.[4] They heal four of Link's Hearts, and they sell for 50 Rupees.
  • Enduring Curry Pilaf:[5] Made by adding either Endura Carrots or Endura Shrooms. Consuming these Meals will completely replenish and overfill Link's Stamina Wheel.[5] They restore nine Hearts in Link's Life Gauge, but they can also sell for 60 Rupees.
  • Hasty Curry Pilaf:[6] Made by adding speed-related ingredients. Eating one will temporarily boost Link's movement speed.[6] They heal for five Hearts, and they can be sold for 50 Rupees.
  • Spicy Curry Pilaf:[7] Made by adding spicy ingredients. When eaten, they will grant Link one level of Cold Resistance for a short period of time.[7] They heal eight Hearts in his Life Gauge and sell for 50 Rupees.
  • Electro Curry Pilaf:[8] Made by adding electricity-related ingredients. If they are eaten, Link will gain one level of Shock Resistance.[8] They heal eight of Link's Hearts, but they can be sold for 50 Rupees.
  • Mighty Curry Pilaf:[9] Made by adding attack-boosting ingredients. Eating one of these pilafs will temporarily boost Link's attack power.[9] They restore five Hearts and sell for 50 Rupees.
  • Tough Curry Pilaf:[10] Made by adding defensive ingredients. When consumed, Link's defense will be temporarily increased.[10] They replenish five Hearts in Link's Life Gauge, and they sell for 50 Rupees.
  • Sneaky Curry Pilaf:[11] Made by adding Stealth-boosting ingredients. Eating one will increase Link's Stealth abilities for a short time.[11] They heal five of Link's Hearts and sell for 50 Rupees.
  • Chilly Curry Pilaf:[12] Made by using cold ingredients. When eaten, Link will temporarily gain one level of Heat Resistance.[12] They restore five Hearts and sell for 50 Rupees.
