Frozen Porgies are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Frozen Porgies are a type of Frozen Food that Link can make by freezing Armored Porgies or Mighty Porgies with Ice. Eating one will restore one of Link's Hearts and grant temporary Heat Resistance.[1]

Tears of the Kingdom

Frozen Porgies reappear in Tears of the Kingdom and are again a variety of Frozen Food. Link can make them by exposing Armored Porgies or Mighty Porgies to either a Freezing Climate or Cold Water. When one is eaten, a single Heart will be restored to Link, and he will receive one level of temporary Heat Resistance.[2]
