Location and Uses
Breath of the Wild
Frozen Porgies are a type of Frozen Food that Link can make by freezing Armored Porgies or Mighty Porgies with Ice. Eating one will restore one Heart to Link's Life Gauge and grant temporary Heat Resistance.[1]
Tears of the Kingdom
Frozen Porgies reappear in Tears of the Kingdom and are again a variety of Frozen Food. Link can make them by exposing Armored Porgies or Mighty Porgies to either a Freezing Climate or Cold Water. When one is eaten, a single Heart will be restored to Link's Life Gauge, and he will receive one level of temporary Heat Resistance.[2]
