Attack Up

Link can find Mighty Porgies swimming in the waters of Necluda Sea and Lanayru Sea. They're also sold by the traveling merchant Chumin and at the fish market in Lurelin Village by Mubs. They can be eaten raw to restore one Heart to Link's Life Gauge. They become Frozen Porgies when exposed to Ice and Roasted Porgies when exposed to Fire. Meals made in a Cooking Pot with Might Porgies will temporarily increase Link's attack damage.[1]

Either a Mighty Porgy or an Armored Porgy can be used while Cooking to make Porgy Meunière and Seafood Paella. A porgy or a Hearty Blueshell Snail is needed to make Seafood Curry and Seafood Fried Rice. Mighty Porgies are among the fish that can be used to make a Fish Skewer, a Fish and Mushroom Skewer, and Salt-Grilled Fish. They're also among the seafood that can be used while making Fish Pie, Creamy Seafood Soup, Copious Fish Skewers, Glazed Seafood, Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry, Meat and Seafood Fry, Monster Stew, Pepper Seafood, Prime Meat and Seafood Fry, Seafood Rice Balls, and Steamed Fish.
