Armored Carps are a type of Fish found in bodies of freshwater throughout Hyrule Kingdom. Large deposits of calcium within their scales cause them to be as hard as armor.[1] Because of this, Cooking them into a dish will grant the consumer a boosted defense.[1] Once caught, they can be eaten raw to restore one Heart worth of health, or they can be cooked into Roasted Carp or frozen into Frozen Carp.
Like other Fish and seafood, Armored Carps can be Cooked to make the following Foods:
