In Breath of the Wild, Courser Bee Honey resembles beehives and can be found on various Trees throughout Hyrule Kingdom. It can be found in various Regions, but it appears more commonly in Necluda. Each hive is guarded by a swarm of Courser Bees that will do a quarter Heart of damage and take two hits to scare off. Their Honey can be eaten to restore two Hearts. When Cooked, they provide Link with Meals that grant him Stamina Restoration.[1] Courser Bee Honeys can also be used at the Kochi Dye Shop to make Orange Dye.

The Side Quest "Koko's Specialty" requires Link to retrieve Courser Bee Honey for Koko so she can make a Honeyed Apple.[4][5] After Link delivers the Courser Bee Honey and Koko makes her desert, she will thank Link and give him an Energizing Honeyed Apple.[6]
