Houses appear in most games in The Legend of Zelda series, particularly in towns and villages. While most are unremarkable and go unnamed, there are some notable exceptions throughout the series.

A Link to the Past

In A Link to the Past, both Link and his Uncle live in Link's House.

Link's Awakening

Main article: Sale's House o' Bananas

In Link's Awakening, Sale runs a small store at Toronbo Shores called Sale's House o' Bananas.

Ocarina of Time

In Ocarina of Time, Link's House is located in Kokiri Forest, and the House of Skulltula is located in Kakariko Village.

Majora's Mask

Main articles: Music Box House, Oceanside Spider House, Spirit House and Swamp Spider House

In Majora's Mask, the Music Box House and the Spirit House are located in Ikana Canyon. Additionally, there are two mini-Dungeons that are Houses — the Oceanside Spider House in the Great Bay Coast and the Swamp Spider House in the Southern Swamp.

The Wind Waker

In The Wind Waker HD, Link and Aryll live in Grandma's House, which is located on Outset Island, and the Auction House is located on Windfall Island.

Four Swords Adventures

Main article: Moving House

In Four Swords Adventures, the Moving House is found in the Death Mountain Foothills, where it is used to defeat the Deadrocks in the area.

The Minish Cap

Main articles: Barrel House, Hyrule Town, Link's House, Percy's House, Stockwell's House and Talon and Malon's House

In The Minish Cap, a handful of Houses are found outside Hyrule Town; Link's House is in South Hyrule Field, Percy's House is in the Western Wood, Stockwell's House is at Lake Hylia, and Talon and Malon's House is at Lon Lon Ranch. Eenie and Meenie also have a House in the Eastern Hills, and there are a number of small mushrooms converted into Houses by the Minish across Hyrule, concentrated in the Minish Village. Other Houses in the Village are formed from objects such as Barrels and Pots.

Hyrule Town is the location of several Houses, including:

• Dr. Left's House
• Girl's House
• Guy's House
• Mayor Hagen's House
• Music House
• Stranger's House

There are also a Vacant House (and a second one if Link Fuses Kinstone Pieces with Bremor) that can be leased to the Oracles.

Twilight Princess

In Twilight Princess, Link's House is just outside the main area of Ordon Village, where Rusl, Uli & Colin's House is located. Jovani's House is located in Hyrule Castle Town, and is only accessible while Link is transformed into Wolf Link.

A Link Between Worlds

Main articles: House of Gales, Link's House and Vacant House

In A Link Between Worlds, Link's House is located in the same location as it is in A Link to the Past. Ravio moves in and sets up his shop after Link initially fails to defeat Yuga. The Lorule equivalent of Link's House is the Vacant House.

Additionally, the House of Gales is a Dungeon in Hyrule, accessible after Link completes the Eastern Palace.

Breath of the Wild

Main article: Link's House

In Breath of the Wild, Link can purchase a House in Hateno Village that is being demolished by Bolson Construction. This initiates the "Hylian Homeowner" Side Quest, allowing Link to display gear and purchase installations for his home.
