"Mount Taran's Solitary Masters" is a Quest in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.[1]
Overview
"Mount Taran's Solitary Masters" is a Quest for Link that unlocks after both the "Teach a Hylian to Fish" Quest and "The Yiga Clan Attacks!" Scenario have been completed. Having heard legends about a pair of Spear masters on Mount Taran, Link needs to use Stealth in order to watch them train.[2] In particular, he needs five Blue Nightshades, five Silent Shrooms, and 10 Moblin Trophies. On Mount Taran, Link discovers that the masters are Hinoxes, but he is still able to improve his skills by watching them.[3] As a reward, Link receives an additional combo when using Spears.[4]
The completion of "Mount Taran's Solitary Masters" is required before the "Training Ground Pest Problem" Quest will become available. This Quest also needs to be finished as part of "The Hope of Faron" Quest.
