Cooking Effects
Stealth Up

Silent Shrooms can be found at the bases of trees in the Lanayru Great Spring and West Necluda. They are easier to notice during the nighttime due to their glow. Eating a Silent Shroom raw will grant Link half of a Heart of healing. Roasting a Silent Shroom in a Fire will result in a Toasty Silent Shroom. Meals made in a Cooking Pot using a Silent Shroom will temporarily increase Link's Stealth when consumed.[1] Silent Shrooms can also be used at the Kochi Dye Shop to make Light Blue Dye.

As is the case with all mushrooms, Silent Shrooms can be used in a Cooking Pot to make Cream of Mushroom Soup, a Fish and Mushroom Skewer, Fragrant Mushroom Sauté, Fruit and Mushroom Mix, Glazed Mushrooms, a Meat and Mushroom Skewer, a Mushroom Omelet, Mushroom Rice Balls, Mushroom Risotto, a Mushroom Skewer, Copious Mushrooms Skewers, Salt-Grilled Mushrooms, and Steamed Mushrooms.

Eight Silent Shrooms, in addition to five Sneaky River Snails, are needed to upgrade each piece of the Stealth Set to its third tier at a Great Fairy Fountain.
