In Breath of the Wild, Hylian Shrooms are common Materials found near Trees in Hyrule. Link can eat one to restore half a Heart.[1] They can be cooked into Toasty Hylian Shrooms, which heal three-quarters of a Heart.[5] At the Kochi Dye Shop, they are also used to create Red Dye.
Hylian Shrooms, among other Mushrooms, can be used in a Cooking Pot to make the following Meals:
