Roasted Mighty Thistles are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Roasted Mighty Thistles are a type of Roasted Food, and they are the result of Mighty Thistles that have made contact with Fire or a Scorching Climate.[3] Despite their pointy ends, Roasted Mighty Thistles are able to be easily eaten.[1] Link can restore half a Heart to his Life Gauge by eating a Roasted Mighty Thistle.

Tears of the Kingdom

Roasted Mighty Thistles reappear in Tears of the Kingdom and are again a variety of Roasted Food. They can be made by exposing Mighty Thistles to Fire or a Scorching Climate. The roasting process makes Roasted Mighty Thistles easily eatable, no matter there pointy ends.[2] Link can restore half a Heart to his Life Gauge by eating a Roasted Mighty Thistle.
