Toasty Ironshrooms are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Toasty Ironshrooms are a type of Roasted Food, and they are made when Ironshrooms are burned using a Fire or a Scorching Climate.[3] The exterior of Toasty Ironshrooms is noted to be crunchy.[1] Eating one will restore three-quarters of a Heart to Link's Life Gauge.

Tears of the Kingdom

Toasty Ironshrooms reappear in Tears of the Kingdom as a variety of Roasted Food. Link can make them by dropping Ironshrooms near Fire or in a Scorching Climate. Instead of being tough like a regular Ironshroom, the exterior of Toasty Ironshrooms are known to be crunchy and tasty.[2] If Link eats one, he will restore three-quarters of a Heart to his Life Gauge.
