The Bedrock Bistro is located on the empty bed of Goronbi Lake in Eldin Canyon. It is operated by Cooke.

After completing the Main Quest "Yunobo of Goron City" and helping Cooke replenish his stock of Rock Roast during the Side Quest "Meat for Meat", Link is able to buy Roasted Food at the Bistro.
