Bissi is a Hylian member of the Zonai Survey Team. They can initially be found by a Cooking Pot at Foothill Stable, sitting next to Regan. If Link interacts to either of them, Regan claims that they, among other members in the Zonai Survey Team, have been ordered by Princess Zelda to wear only their underpants.[2] Bissi then responds, believing that they are making the Team look like fools.[3] Regan denies this, continuing to claim that they are simply following Princess Zelda's orders.[4] Bissi turns to Link, stating that they were the last member of the Team to reach Foothill Stable, and wonders why Princess Zelda would give such a strange command.[5]
Regan also inquires about Gaile, a Worker at Foothill Stable, stating that she is refusing to interact to any members of the Zonai Survey Team due to their lack of Clothing.[2][6] Bissi advises them to dress regularly so that Gaile would be comfortable enough to return.[7]
After the "For Our Princess!" Side Adventure is completed, Bissi will travel between a Cedar Tree at Ternio Trail to Tarrey Town. If spoken to, they recognize Link from Foothill Stable, explaining that they keep thinking about how members of the Zonai Survey Team that were there looked in their underpants.[8]
Bissi plans to investigate the Fallen Debris at the Hudson Construction Site by Tarrey Town.[9] They then ask if Link has been there, informing him that it is located in Akkala, and that he must follow the Road to the east to reach it.[9] They also mention that lots of Zonai Devices have appeared near it, motivating Link to have a look at it.[9] They heard that Hudson Construction is partnering with the Zonai Survey Team to study potential uses for the Zonai Devices, commenting that they would be pleased if they were involved.[9] They are glad to be investigating again, and claims that they would not have been able to do so if Link did not resolve the situation at Foothill Stable, thanking him.[9]
Bissi informs Link about the South Akkala Plains Chasm nearby, explaining that the Zonai Survey Team found a vast and sprawling cavern under it, along with some ruins and Statues, convincing Bissi that at some point, people inhabited in the Depths.[10] When they are done with their work on the Surface, they plan to explore the Chasm.[10]
Bissi intrigues Link that plants that were never seen before are attached to the Fallen Debris falling from the Sky.[11] They assume that the Sky may contain its own ecosystem, remarking how amazing it would be.[11]
Upon reaching Tarrey Town, they notice that the only way to reach the Hudson Construction Site and investigate the Fallen Debris and Zonai Devices is by using the Railcar, mentioning their fear of heights, wondering if they can go there through another direction.[12]
During the Rain, Bissi will shelter under a Fallen Debris. When spoken to, they comment that they do not like it, believing it keeps them away from investigating ruins.[13] They ask Link if he thinks that the Rain brings ruins down.[13]
If Bissi encounters an Enemy, they will run away in fear. If spoken to during the Enemy's presence, they call for help.[14] Although, they will also warn Link to stay away from it.[15] Once Link defeats it, Bissi thanks him for doing so.[16][17][18] They then reward Link with a Meal, believing that it is the best they can do to thank him.[19]
