Mylle
Mylle is a character in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]
Biography
Mylle is a Hylian member of the Zonai Survey Team. She has been tasked with researching Shrines of Light, which she prefers to Chasm Research.[2] She cane be found in the Hyrule Castle Town Ruins, where she investigates the Kyononis Shrine.[3]
When Link approaches Mylle, she will be surprised by him.[4][5] She is concerned by her proximity to the Hyrule Castle Chasm, which has left her on edge.[6] She is also concerned that the Kyononis Shrine could be dangerous, and she warns Link to be careful.[7] If Link asks her about Chasms, Mylle explains that they appeared as a result of the Upheaval, and the two in the area are the Hyrule Castle Chasm and the Hyrule Field Chasm.[8] Having heard that members of the Zonai Survey Team became sick from Chasm Research, Mylle is happy to focus on Shrines of Light.[2] If Link asks about Shrines of Light, Mylle recalls that their appearance ended up on the front page of the Newspaper.[9] While it is known they came from the ancient past, their origins remain a mystery.[10] Since Shrines of Light and Chasms could be dangerous, the Zonai Survey Team has been dedicated to investigating them.[11] Mylle is inspired by the Monster-Control Crew's search of Hyrule Castle, and she wants to put in the same long hours that they do.[12]
She wants to finish her research and return to Lookout Landing and wonders what is moving around the Hyrule Castle Town Ruins.[13][14] When Link opens the Shrine she is surprised about its new entrance.[15]
