Kiimo is a character in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]

Biography

Kiimo is a member of the Zonai Survey Team who resides at Lookout Landing. He can be found in the Emergency Shelter, where he reads the Newspaper published by the Lucky Clover Gazette.

When Link first approaches Kiimo, he will read aloud an article about the appearance of Shrines of Light throughout Hyrule.[2] He then comments that he must be reading an older story.[3] Should Link speak to Kiimo againm he is able to ask him about the information in the Newspaper.[4][5] If Link asks about current events, Kiimo shares the story of the Extreme Cold Snap in Hebra, and he notes that any visitors to Rito Village should prepare Cold Resistance.[6] If Link asks about others stories, Kiimo reads a story that describes the dangers of a Blood Moon.[7] This reminds him of a researcher who went to investigate the effects of the Blood Moon at Monster forts, and he wonders how he has been.[8] If Link decides to leave Kiimo alone, he expresses his admiration for the Lucky Clover Gazette, as well as an interest in becoming a journalist.[9]
