Nobo
Nobo is a recurring character in The Legend of Zelda series.[3][4]
Biography
Breath of the Wild
Nobo is a Hylian woman who resides at East Akkala Stable. During the day, she sits near the Stable's Cooking Pot. At night, she sleeps in one of the Beds inside the Stable. According to Pitar, she has a lot of information to share with her fellow travelers.[1]
When Link passes by Nobo, he can hear her talking about a "sacred article."[5] If he approaches her, she realizes that she does not recognize him, remarking that he looks like someone who has traveled all over the world.[6] Should Link ask who she is, Nobo introduces herself, explaining that of all the places she has traveled, she likes Akkala the best.[7] As a result of this, she is familiar with several points of interest in the Region, and she asks Link if there is something he wants to know.[8][9]
If Link asks Nobo about the surrounding area, she explains that the Spring of Power is located to the west of the East Akkala Stable.[10] She then recites a legend, which says that one must offer a "sacred article" to the Spring of Power.[11] She then wonders if this was part of the ritual that Zelda would perform.[12] After hearing this, "The Spring of Power" Shrine Quest will begin.
If Link asks about areas that are further away, Nobo explains that there is a home that looks like a lighthouse to the north, but no one was home when she visited.[13]
After the "From the Ground Up" Side Quest has started, Link can ask Nobo if she knows Hudson. While she is unfamiliar with him, she claims to have heard clanging sounds from Lake Akkala, which is south of their current location.[14]
At night, Link is able to wake Nobo up to ask her questions, though she will be annoyed when he does so.[15] During Rain, she runs inside to sit at the table.

I must admit, this woman I met in the Akkala region has me curious. Her name is Nobo, and she had some good info.

My boyfriend went to buy some of the fire-resistant clothes available in Goron City, but he hasn't come back yet. If we hadn't gotten tangled up with those Gorons with the strangely shaped rocks, I would be with him right now... If you're going to Goron City, then you should be very careful.

Hm? I haven't seen you around here. Boy, you sure must have strange tastes. You look like someone who has traveled willy-nilly all over the world.

[Who are you?] Sorry! I haven't introduced myself. I'm Nobo. I've traveled everywhere, but at the end of the day, I like Akkala best of all.

That's why I'm pretty familiar with stuff around here. Is there something you wanna know?

[This area?] Let's see... If you go west of the stable, there's a sacred place called the Spring of Power!

[Farther areas?] There's a lighthouse-lookin' home north of here. No one was there when I last stopped by, though...

[You know Hudson?] Hudson? Who's that? He's a carpenter? I'm not quite sure... I've been hearing clanging and banging by Lake Akkala. That's south of here. Why don't you go check it out?
