Roasted Endura Carrots are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Breath of the Wild

Roasted Endura Carrots are a type of Roasted Food, being the result of Endura Carrots that have made contact with Fire or a Scorching Climate.[3] Roasted Endura Carrots are sweet and considered to be an extravagant dish.[1] Link can restore four Hearts to his Life Gauge by eating a Roasted Endura Carrot.

Tears of the Kingdom

Roasted Endura Carrots reappear in Tears of the Kingdom and are again a variety of Roasted Food. They can be made by exposing Endura Carrots to Fire or a Scorching Climate. Roasted Endura Carrots are sweet and considered to be an extravagant dish.[2] Link can restore three Hearts to his Life Gauge by eating a Roasted Endura Carrot.
