Toasty Stamella Shrooms are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Toasty Stamella Shrooms are a type of Roasted Food, and they are made by burning Stamella Shrooms with Fire or a Scorching Climate.[3] Having lost the special properties of Stamella Shrooms, Toasty Stamella Shrooms are only capable of healing.[1] They restore three-quarters of a Heart to Link's Life Gauge when eaten.

Tears of the Kingdom

Toasty Stamella Shrooms reappear in Tears of the Kingdom and are again a variety of Roasted Food. They can be made by exposing Stamella Shrooms to Fire or a Scorching Climate. Due to the roasting process, they have lost their Stamina-boosting abilities and can only proving healing.[2] If Link eats a Toasty Stamella Shroom, he can heal three-quarters of a Heart to his Life Gauge.
