Grandpa

Grandpa is an unseen character in Breath of the Wild.[2]
Biography
Grandpa is the deceased grandfather of the Rito child Molli.[3] By the time of Link's arrival in Rito Village, he has already passed away.
One day, Grandpa was Climbing up Talonto Peak, but he decided to stop at the Cedar Tree at its top and looked to the northwest.[4] When he did, he saw the Biron Snowshelf, so he began to fly towards it.[5] As he got closer, he noticed that there was something within the Snowshelf.[2] Once he arrived, he realized that it was the Mozo Shenno Shrine.[6]
Grandpa would tell this story to Molli, but she would always become tired before hearing about the Ancient Shrine.[7] He referred to the Biron Snowshelf as a Bird in his story, which Molli attributes to his nature as a prankster.[8]
