"Rescue Across Time: Water and Fire" is a Movie in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.[1]

Overview

"Rescue Across Time: Water and Fire" plays at the beginning of the Scenario "Water and Fire".

Atop Divine Beast Vah Rudania, Daruk battles Fireblight Ganon. It is able to dodge his attack with the Boulder Breaker by Warping, but Daruk blocks its counter with his Protection.[2][3] Meanwhile, Mipha is fighting Waterblight Ganon, which has turned all of the Water within Divine Beast Vah Ruta into Ice.[2] As it prepares to attack again, Mipha wonders if this is how her life will end.[4] At the same time, Daruk is thrown backwards by a strike from Fireblight Ganon, and both of them prepare for their opponents to land their finishing blows.

A Ceremonial Trident suddenly flies through a Gate of Time and lands in front of Mipha, followed quickly by an adult Sidon. He defends her against Waterblight Ganon's attack, stating he will not allow her to be taken again.[5] Mipha is shocked by his sudden appearance, and he smiles at her in response.[6] Similarly, Yunobo jumps out of a Gate of Time and lands in front of Daruk, guarding him with Daruk's Protection. Seeing his own power in action, Daruk asks Yunobo who he is.[7] Yunobo struggles to explain, but after another strike by Fireblight Ganon, he tells Daruk not to worry about it and states he is there to help.[8]
