Gloom Rocks,[1] also known as Marbled Rocks,[2] or Red Rocks,[3] are Objects in Tears of the Kingdom.

Location and Uses

Gloom Rocks can be found throughout the Eldin Canyon and in the Depths. Using Yunobo's Power of Fire, Link is able to break Gloom Rocks. After being destroyed, Gloom Rocks will occasionally drop Marbled Rock Roasts.

The Marbled Gohma summons explosive Gloom Rocks that can be Fused with Shields and Weapons. When Link Shield Surfs with a Gloom Rock Fused to his Shield, the Gloom Rock will explode, launching him safely into the air at the cost of his Shield's durability.
