Location and Uses
Breath of the Wild
Molduga Guts can be obtained by defeating Molduga, which can be found under the sand in the Gerudo Desert. They can be used in a Cooking Pot along with critters to make Elixirs. In addition, they can be sold to Kilton at the Fang and Bone in exchange for Mon or used as an ingredient for Green Dye at the Kochi Dye Shop.
When spoken to, Malena explains to Link that her husband is sick and the only cure is Molduga Guts.[4] After, Link recieves the Side Quest "Medicinal Molduga". Upon delivery of Molduga Guts, Malena will reward Link with a Gold Rupee.
The Radiant Set requires Molduga Guts to be upgraded to its third tier at a Great Fairy Fountain. They're also needed to upgrade the Sand Boots to their third and fourth tiers.
