Swift Violets are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2][3]

Description
This vitality-rich flower blooms mainly on cliffsides. When cooked into a dish, the nourishing compounds increase your movement speed.

Swift Violets grow on cliffsides in the Gerudo Highlands and Hebra Mountains. They are also available to purchase at the Coral Reef in Zora's Domain. When Swift Violets are Cooked into a Meal using a Cooking Pot, the resulting dish will grant Link the Speed Up Added Effect when eaten, which temporarily increases his movement speed.[1] They can also be used at the Kochi Dye Shop to make Purple Dye.
