Features and Overview

Breath of the Wild

The Coral Reef is a General Store that has been in business for over 100 years, and it is currently operated by Cleff.[4] Alongside the Hammerhead, it is part of Marot Mart in Zora's Domain.[1] The first time Link speaks to Cleff, he will advertise the Store's Swift Violets and Arrows.[5] The Store is unable to sell Shock Arrows, however, due to the Zora being vulnerable to Electricity.[6] The Coral Reef also sells fresh Fish, many of which are caught by Mei.[7][8]

When Link asks Cleff how the Coral Reef's business is doing, he admits that they are struggling due to a lack of visitors coming to Zora's Domain, and he is afraid that he will have to close the General Store.[9] After Divine Beast Vah Ruta has been calmed, Cleff claims that business has improved, and he does not think he will have to close the Coral Reef.[10] Douma also arrives in Zora's Domain, planning to purchase rare Items from the Coral Reef to sell elsewhere.[11] She suggests buying the Chillfin Trouts and Sizzlefin Trouts, since they can only be found in Zora's Domain.[12][13]

If Link makes a purchase at the Coral Reef, Cleff will thank him and ask him to return again.[14][15][16] Should Link buy the entire stock of a single Item, Cleff promises to restock soon.[17][18] When Link buys all of the Items in the Coral Reef, Cleff invites him to come back once he has replenished his stock.[19]
