Warm Safflinas are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2][3]

Description
This medicinal plant grows in hot regions, such as the Gerudo Desert. It's warm to the touch and increases your cold resistance when cooked into a dish.

Warm Safflinas are found in Hyrule Ridge and the Gerudo Desert. Many Warm Safflinas can be found near Tera's Great Fairy Fountain under the Gerudo Great Skeleton. Meals made in a Cooking Pot using a Warm Safflina will give Link Cold Resistance when eaten.[1] They can also be used at the Kochi Dye Shop to make Orange Dye.

Like other Flowers, Warm Safflinas can be used in a Cooking Pot to make the following Meals:
