Shields of the Mind's Eye are small Sheikah-made Shields found in both East Necluda and West Necluda.[1] They were designed to decrease the wielder's blind spots without sacrificing too much in the way of defense.[1]

Being made of metal, Shields of the Mind's Eye will conduct Lightning if they're equipped during a thunderstorm. They'll also sink if they're dropped in the water, but they can be picked up and manipulated with the Magnesis Rune. Finally, they won't burn when exposed to Fire or a Scorching Climate like a wood shield does.

The Shield of the Mind's Eye can be wielded by Link in conjunction with the Prototype Ancient Short Swords. It is exclusively available as part of the purchase bonus for the game's Expansion Pass.
