Steamed Fruits are recurring Meals in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Steamed Fruits are made by Cooking a Fruit with any Vegetable, herb, or Flower together in a Cooking Pot. Their default version can be made in two different ways. The first way requires Link to Cook Hyrule Herbs with either Apples, Palm Fruits, or Wildberries, as none of these ingredients provide an Added Effect. Link can also use two ingredients with differing Effects, as these will cancel each other out. Eating these Meals will heal some of his Hearts to his Life Gauge. They are regional dishes, made by steaming near-ripe Fruits in the leaves of plants.[1]

Both the kind of Fruit and the type of herb, Vegetable, or Flower used will effect the type of Steamed Fruit made:

Tears of the Kingdom

Steamed Fruits have the same Recipe that they did in Breath of the Wild, which involves Cooking a Vegetable, herb, or Flower with a piece of Fruit. However, Hylian Tomatoes are unable to be used when making this Meal, as the result will instead by Steamed Tomatoes.
