Ice Lynel
Ice Lynels are Sub-Bosses in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.[1]
Characteristics
Ice Lynels are a strong subspecies of Lynel that dual-wield Savage Lynel Swords. They have Ice swirling around their bodies, and most of their attacks involve Ice. This means instead of shooting Shock Arrows, they shoot Ice Arrows that explode when they hit the ground.
Instead of breathing fire like standard Lynels, they breathe ice, which freezes the opponent in place. These Lynels will also freeze the character if the character gets hit by the Lynel's Swords.
Ice Lynels can leap up into the air and slam their weapons down on the ground, coating nearby terrain in ice that hurts and freezes the current character if they step on it. Ice Lynels can also create ice explosions rather than fire ones.
