Hoskit is a Rito guard on Dragon Roost Island who stands by the Rito Chieftain's room. He wishes to give his girlfriend Golden Feathers as a gift. By giving him 20 Golden Feathers, Link in turn will receive 100 Rupees. Sometime afterwards, Hoskit's girlfriend will mail Link a Letter enclosed with a Piece of Heart.
