Ironshrooms can be found near trees in the Necluda region. They're for sale in the Spore Store in the Great Hyrule Forest and by Ardin in Gerudo Town. Ironshrooms can be made into Toasty Ironshrooms by being exposed to Fire. They can also be used in a Cooking Pot to create Food that increases Link's defense.[1] At the Kochi Dye Shop, Ironshrooms can be used to make Brown Dye.
Like other mushrooms, Ironshrooms can be used in a Cooking Pot to make Cream of Mushroom Soup, a Fish and Mushroom Skewer, Fragrant Mushroom Sauté, Fruit and Mushroom Mix, Glazed Mushrooms, a Meat and Mushroom Skewer, a Mushroom Omelet, Mushroom Rice Balls, Mushroom Risotto, a Mushroom Skewer, Copious Mushrooms Skewers, Salt-Grilled Mushrooms, and Steamed Mushrooms.
