The Kopeeki Drifts Cave is a recurring location in The Legend of Zelda series.(TotK)[1] The Kopeeki Drifts Cave goes unnamed in Breath of the Wild.

Overview

Breath of the Wild

The entrance to the Kopeeki Drifts Cave can be found on the southern edge of the Kopeeki Drifts on the Tabantha Frontier. However, it is initially blocked by a pair of Giant Stone Doors. By rolling a Snowball from the top of the Kopeeki Drifts, Link is able to open the Door and access its interior. Since the Cave is located in a Freezing Climate, Link will require at least two levels of Cold Resistance to visit it without taking damage.

Areas

Tears of the Kingdom

The Kopeeki Drifts Cave returns in Tears of the Kingdom. It remains within a Freezing Climate, and Link still needs at least two levels of Cold Resistance to avoid taking damage while instead. Most of the Cave's interior is filled with Cold Water, which will damage Link if he falls into it. Link is also unable to Climb its walls, since they are made of Ice.
