Golden Fish

Location and Uses
Golden Fish are rare items that can only be acquired by using an Bottle over any tile of bubbling water found throughout Hyrule, including bubbling water found inside caves and dungeons. Therefore, they act as an alternative method for recovering Heart and Stamina.[2]
Unlike bottled Fairy and potions, Golden Fish are not automatically consumed when Cadence, Link, Yves, or Zelda run out of Heart or Stamina, and therefore must be manually activated in order to receive their healing benefits.
