Material List

From Zelda Wiki, the Zelda encyclopedia

The Material List is an interface in Tri Force Heroes.[1]

Overview

The Material List is viewed by speaking to Madame Couture's Apprentice inside Hytopia Castle. It displays the icons of all the Materials owned or encountered by Link spread over several scrolling pages on the bottom screen. Any Materials presently or previously owned by Link include the number of them in his possession. Materials that he has seen in Levels or at the Street Merchant, but never owned, have their icons faded. As-of-yet unknown Materials are replaced by a question mark. When a Material is selected on the bottom screen, the top screen displays its description and the primary location where it can be found.

Link can also view the Material List by pressing the "Material Hint" button while viewing the Catalog. This version highlights any Materials needed to purchase the Outfit he has selected.
