Appearing only in ''[[Twilight Princess]]'', the [[Poison Mite]] is a small creature similar in appearance to a scarab beetle. Found in the [[Arbiter's Grounds]], the Poison Mites crawl over [[Link]] in swarms, slowing him down. They can be killed with the [[spin attack]]. They also can be kept at bay with the [[lantern]] lit, causing them to form a circle around [[Link]]. They usually appear near quicksand, in an attempt to drag him down faster. Poison Mite are enemies in Twilight Princess.[1] They are small insects similar in appearance to a scarab beetle.
