After the Upheaval, these monsters began appearing in Hyrule's cave systems. Compared to the red variety, they have more stamina and more developed limbs, enabling them to hurl large rocks with ease.

Blue Horriblins are a more powerful version of the red Horriblins that appeared after the Upheaval.[2] They inhabit Caves and Wells throughout Hyrule.[2] Blue Horriblins have more endurance and possess stronger limbs than their red counterparts, providing them with the ability to throw large rocks at Link.[2]

They drop Blue Horriblin Horns upon defeat.
