Not to be confused with the Skyloft Bazaar.

Template:Infobox Place Bazaars are recurring locations in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Features and Overview

Ocarina of Time

As young Link, the Bazaar is located in Hyrule Castle Town and is the first place where the Hylian Shield is available for purchase for 80 Rupees. However, if Link talks to Death Mountain Trail Gatekeeper in Kakariko Village first, he can get a discount on the Hylian Shield between 10 to 40 Rupees.[3] Seven years later, when Hyrule Castle Town is destroyed, the owner of the Bazaar flees to Kakariko Village and sets up his shop in what used to be the Death Mountain Trail Gatekeeper's House.[citation needed]

In Ocarina of Time 3D, the Bazaar gets a more carnival-like look, being more elaborate and featuring posters, Bombs, streamers, items in storage, and a green carpet.

Badge Market

Main article: Badge Market

The Badge Market is the store in which Warriors may be strengthened by Badges. To create a Badge within the Badge Market, a Warrior must have both the appropriate Materials and a sufficient amount of Rupees.[4]

Training Dojo

Main article: Training Dojo

The Training Dojo is a store in which it is possible to level up Warriors in exchange for a determinate fee of Rupees. The amount of Rupees depends both by how high a Warrior's Level is and how close that Warrior is to leveling up, with the price gradually decreasing the closer to completion. The Warriors are restricted from advancing beyond the Level of the current highest-leveled Warrior, requiring the Warriors to level up outside of the Bazaar as well.[5]

The cost to level up a Warrior is determined by how many experience points are required to level up. The listing for each Level's basic requirement is as follows:

Apothecary

Main article: Apothecary

The Apothecary is a store that is used to create Mixtures and Potions for the Warriors. The selection and quality of Potions and Mixtures is determined by how many Gold Skulltulas have been defeated, with new options being unlocked after more Illustration Pieces have been obtained.[6]

Smithy

The Smithy (Hyrule Warriors) is where Skills may be transferred between a Warrior's Weapons. To transfer a Skill, a Warrior must have two Weapons of the same category and the appropriate amount of Rupees, which are determined by the source Weapon and by the type of Skills being transferred. The source Weapon will also be destroyed in the process. In addition to fusion, unlocked Skills may be removed from a Weapon.[7] All Skills will cost a base price of 300,000 Rupees to remove.

Warriors may also have the Sealed Skills appraised at the Smithy (Hyrule Warriors) at a rate of 10 Rupees for each KO required to unlock the Skill.[8] Weapons may also be sold at the Smithy (Hyrule Warriors), with their price varying based on the Skills and Stars that the Weapon has.[9]

The higher the warrior's level, the more Rupees it will cost to train the warrior. It's more useful to use the Training Dojo to grow low-level warriors." — Tutorial (Hyrule Warriors)

You can then fill that slot with other skills, so it's a good way to create a weapon forged with the skills best suited to your battle style. However, removing a skill requires a lot of Rupees. What's more, removed skills can never be restored, so make sure to think twice before removing one." — N/A (Hyrule Warriors)
