The Demon Dragon is the final Boss in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]

Characteristics

The Demon Dragon is the form that Demon King Ganondorf assumes by swallowing a Secret Stone in a final effort to kill Link. He is a large Dragon oozing with Gloom. On his back are several pustule-like formations of Gloom that bear eyes. In order to defeat him, Link must climb through the Sky with the help of the Light Dragon to Skydive onto his back and attack them. Once Link rises above the Demon Dragon's position, the Dragon will look upwards and spew balls of Gloom toward the hero to attack him. Link will sustain Gloom damage if he touches and part of the Demon Dragon other than the craters in his back or on top of his head where the now-gigantic Secret Stone can be found.

When all of the Gloom pustules on the Demon Dragon's back are destroyed, Link will be able to land on the Dragon's head to deliver the final blow to the Secret Stone, destroying both it and Ganondorf in the process.
