Flame Gleeoks are three-headed, winged Gleeoks. They are massive creatures, towering well above Link and even dwarfing other large enemies such as Molduga. Flaming horns grow out of the top of their heads, and each head bears a single eyeball.

Each head can shoot fireballs and streams of fire separately, as well as all at once. Their large wings allow them to hover above the ground; when at low health, they fly high into the air and unleash massive fireballs. These fireballs produce Updrafts which Link can use to ascend with the Paraglider. While on the ground, they will flap their wings to create strong winds that keep Link from approaching, and may sometimes attack with their tails if Link gets too close. In order to stun them long enough to attack, Link must shoot all three of their heads within a short period of time. Like other fire-elemental Enemies, they are vulnerable to ice attacks.

Flame Gleeoks can be found in a few locations around the surface, such as the Bridge of Hylia and very high above Trilby Valley. When attacking, they produce a heat effect around their location, which will continously damage Link unless adequate protection is used. This heat effect dissipates for the duration of their being successfully stunned.
