Force Gem 4 is an Item in Spirit Tracks.[1]

Location and Uses

Force Gem 4 is an optional Force Gem that can be obtained after Link completes the Ocean Temple. Upon returning to Aboda Village, Link finds a young boy named Joe calling to him from near the rail platform.[2] Joe wishes to fulfill a dream of being able to fly like a bird and look down on the village, and asks if Link knows any place that can take him to such heights.[3] If Link agrees to help, Joe excitedly runs to enter the Passenger Car.[4] Once aboard the Spirit Train, Link can signal to Beedle's Air Shop with the Train Whistle at any location where they cross paths, then board the ship with Joe in tow.

The Spirit Tracks created by Force Gem 4

Aboard Beedle's Air Shop, Joe is awestruck at the chance to fly high above the land, despite finding Beedle to be a bit strange,[5] and Beedle responding perturbedly.[6] As thanks for the rare opportunity, Joe produces Force Gem 4 for Link,[7] which creates a new section of Spirit Tracks that form a shortcut from Castle Town into the northern part of the nearby forest. These new Spirit Tracks can also fork into the tracks from Force Gem 5 near the Forest Temple if the latter Force Gem is obtained.
