Blue Octoroks are recurring Enemies in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][name references needed]

Characteristics

The Legend of Zelda

The Adventure of Link

Majora's Mask

Oracle of Seasons

Oracle of Ages

Four Swords Adventures

Blue Octoroks appear as a semi-common Enemy starting in The Coast. Unlike their regular counterparts, Blue Octoroks attack by shooting in all four directions and are more durable. The Links must attack it in rapid succession, which will cause it to grow bigger until it reaches a certain size and is defeated. If attacked too slowly, the Blue Octorok will gradually shrink down to its original size.

The Minish Cap

Blue Octoroks appear in the Overworld of Hyrule in The Minish Cap. They can be found in Trilby Highlands, the Western Wood, and at Lake Hylia. They are nearly identical to Red Octoroks, spitting rocks at Link periodically.
