Bladed Rhino Beetles can be found on Trees in the Region of Necluda. They can be combined with Monster Parts in a Cooking Pot to make a Mighty Elixir, which increases attack damage when consumed.[1] The Kochi Dye Shop accepts Bladed Rhino Beetles as an ingredient to make Navy Dye.

If Link approaches Beedle with at least one Bladed Rhino Beetle in his Inventory, Beedle will offer to trade it in exchange for a Mighty Elixir.[4][5] If Link agrees to the trade, Beedle promises to cherish it for the rest of his life.[6] Beedle will also be happy, remarking that he is adding it to his Beetle collection.[7] When Link speaks to Beedle afterwards, he claims to still be excited about the Beetle.[8] He claims that if Link has another, he should give it to him tomorrow, as he is going to be focusing on his new Beetle for the rest of the day.[9] If Link refuses, Beedle states that he misjudged Link's character.[10]
