The Lanayru Range is a recurring location in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Features and Overview

Breath of the Wild

The Lanayru Range is located atop Mount Lanayru, south of the Spring of Wisdom and east of Madorna Mountain. Its only feature of note are two pillars of Ice on its northern end, which cannot be melted. Several Cedar Trees are also situated on the Range. Being part of a Freezing Climate, Link will take damage while on the Lanayru Range unless he has two levels of Cold Resistance.

One Korok Seed Puzzle can be found on the Lanayru Range. On its west side is a chunk of Ice, which Link must melt using Fire. When this is done, Leaves with Fairy Dust will appear. If Link interacts with the Leaves, a Korok will appear and give him a Korok Seed.[3]
