Staminoka Bass are Fish that can commonly be found in the waters of Hyrule. Due to their naturally long lives, Food made by Cooking Staminoka Bass may restore Stamina.[1] Eating one raw restores one Heart to Link's Life Gauge. They become Frozen Bass when exposed to Ice and Roasted Bass when burned by a Fire.
All fish, Staminoka Bass included, are required to make a Fish Skewer, a Fish and Mushroom Skewer, and Salt-Grilled Fish in a Cooking Pot. Staminoka Bass are also among the seafood that can be used to make Fish Pie, Creamy Seafood Soup, Copious Fish Skewers, Glazed Seafood, Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry, Meat and Seafood Fry, Monster Stew, Pepper Seafood, Prime Meat and Seafood Fry, Seafood Meunière, Seafood Rice Balls, and Steamed Fish.
